I would like to introduce myself. I am Alex of A&A Jewelers I have been in business for over 22 years. I have to say I am extremely impress with my experience in dealing with other businesses. Dr. Magalhaes did an exceptional job training his staff how to run his business. Here is what happened from my experience. I am a very busy person and I completely forgot about my appointment I confirmed the night before. I had to re-schedule to the next day at 2pm. Believe it or not, I was 45 minutes late for the appointment they re-scheduled me for! When I arrived at the counter, I thought they were going to tell me to come back in a month because it was very busy. To my surprise, they were nice enough to squeeze me in to an appointment while I waited only 3 minutes in the office. During the appointment, one of his doctor staff called me and she explained to me when she was examining my eye what every machine did so I would feel comfortable and knowledgeable when getting my eye examined. By the end, she also gave me samples of their vitamins and I am very happy and satisfied and I wish that every business owner and every business employee will treat people  like Dr. Maglahae’s staff did to me, to be treated with kindness and promptness.
