Everyone did their individual jobs the best, reception was efficient in processing the paperwork, Doctor McMahon was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and the general manager and retail staff were excellent in helping fit and process the payment for my new frames. All in all 3 hours from walking into the mall and out of the mall and an hour of that was having the new glasses created.
