Meaghan Cortez, O.D.
Dr. Meaghan Cortez is a graduate of Providence College and received her Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. While at NECO she rotated through many clinics, including community health centers, private practices, and hospitals in and around the Boston area. After graduation she went on to complete a residency in Ocular Disease, proudly serving the nation’s veterans at the Boston Veterans Health Administration Brockton campus.
She is a primary eye care provider for patients of all ages and practices in both the Brockton and North Attleboro offices. In addition to meeting the refractive needs of patients through glasses or contact lenses, she is also highly trained in the diagnosis and care of many eye diseases. Some of these include cataracts, retinal disease, glaucoma, and diabetes. She also has experience in responding to ocular emergencies, pre- and post-op surgical care, and co-managing more advanced eye care needs with specialists or primary care.
Dr. Cortez is committed to addressing all of her patients’ needs and concerns, and works hard to provide the thorough and compassionate eye care that all patients deserve.
